Our Diamond Cottage was originally built in the early 1900's. This is one of our larger cottages (approx 960 sq ft) with a king bed in the bedroom (exposed original wood logs), lovely sleeping porch with high ceilings and a queen bed (fully enclosed and heated), full kitchen with dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishware, and a playroom with teepee and camping toys off the kitchen. There's a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The TV is a 55" SmartTV with Dish cable and ready to stream your favorite channels (using your own login). This cottage includes a shower in the bathroom.

Diamond shares one interior wall with the Chickadee Cottage (similar to a duplex); when renting both Chickadee and Diamond, interior access can be provided between the cottages upon request.  This cottage is 850 sq ft.

Diamond has access to our large common flagstone patio area with lots of outdoor seating, a fire pit, corn hole game, hammock and outdoor grills.

We use a lock box approach for check-in and live on the property. We're here to help as needed and provide suggestions on hikes, restaurants and other activity on request, but we never intrude.

We love our neighborhood! It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood just two blocks up the hill from the main street in Estes Park. Being up a hill gives us 360 views and while it can be busy in downtown Estes during the summer months, it's peaceful and serene up on our hill.

Our location is perfect to walk downtown to shopping, dining and to enjoy the lovely river walk that is parallel to our main street. There's also a free shuttle service in the summer months with stops throughout Estes Park and also up into the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
