Stay with Us & Walk to Town! Conifer is a spacious one bedroom cottage just one block from downtown. The cottage has a large back deck with wonderful mountain views.

This cottage includes a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a bonus sunroom. Original and updated Estes Park Cabin with lovely artwork and details throughout.

This is a stand-alone cottage with no shared space. The large back deck was recently added and it's an awesome area to enjoy the views, morning coffee and evening wine!

The bedroom has glass french doors that open onto the sunroom and the sunroom has 2 sliding doors with lots of light. So many extras in this cottage!

We live on our main property at 311 Virginia Drive (River Rock Cottages). Conifer is about 0.4 miles from our main property. Please call Terry on his cell if there's anything you need. We can be there in minutes.

We love our neighborhood! It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood just one block from Elkhorn Ave. Elkhorn is the main street through downtown Estes with cute shops, the riverwalk, bars and dining. While Conifer is one block from all the action, it's up a hill and tucked back from the street for privacy and quiet.

Our location is perfect to walk downtown to shopping, dining and to enjoy the lovely river walk that is parallel to our main street. There's also a free shuttle service in the summer months with stops throughout Estes Park and also up into the Rocky Mountain National Park.

We are a fully licensed and permitted lodging establishment and we conform to all codes as required by Estes Park Colorado.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
