Green Gables Cottage is your charming home away from home when staying in Estes Park, CO. The cottage is less than two blocks from downtown with lots of private outdoor spaces.

Green Gables is a two-story home with the master bedroom on the second level. The master bedroom has a king bed with lots of natural light. The master bathroom is also on the second level with a clawfoot bathtub. There's a loft area overlooking the living room with a desk for your remote work/study.

The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an oversized island with seating for 4. A smaller bedroom is on the main level with a queen size bed. The second bathroom is also on the main level.

The living area has a new 65" SmartTV, high ceilings, window seat and loads of natural light.

The basement is also available with a half-bath, washer/dryer and lots of bean bags for relaxing or playing games on the Nintendo Switch.

There is so much outdoor space to enjoy with this cottage! A lovely front porch with a porch swing and seating. The large back deck includes a gas firepit, charcoal grill, pizza oven and dining/seating for four.

Green Gables is less than 2 blocks from downtown Estes Park within easy walking of shopping, dining and the river walk (the river runs parallel to the main street downtown). It's a short 3.5 mile drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. Great views all around!

We use a lock box approach for check-in and live on our main property which is about 1/2 a block from Green Gables. We're here to help as needed and provide advice on hikes, restaurants and other activity on request, but we never intrude.

We love our neighborhood! It's a quiet, older residential neighborhood and the Green Gables Cottage is about one and a half blocks up the hill from the main street in Estes Park. It's an easy walk to all the activities and you never have to worry about parking downtown.

Our location is perfect to walk downtown to shopping, dining and to enjoy the lovely river walk that is parallel to our main street. There's also a free shuttle service in the summer months with stops throughout Estes Park and also up into the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
